We at Hunter's Trading Post carry a full line of cleaning products. Everything for maintenance and preservation of your firearms. We only sell what we use and have found to hold up under the intense usage and cleaning of our instruction and Certification firearms. If it doesn't work as advertised, you won't find it here, that's all there is to it. We don't buy of sell products based on marketability or special sales from distributors. Our featured product of August is Militec-1. Bob, one of our staff associates, was approached by a salesman one day who raved about this new product that he carried in his line. He reluctantly took a sample and it gathered dust for several months before he finally decided to give it a try. So following the manufacturers directions he cleaned a hand gun, a stainless revolver, and paid special attention to cleaning the rings from the front cylinder face around the chamber openings. After a thorough cleaning, he heated the metal to around 100 degrees and applied a generous coating of Militec-1, after the next days training use the revolver was returned with the same rings in the same place. He took a dry rag and wiped the rings off like they were surface dust. Clean as a whistle. From then on all Hunter's Trading Post property is treated with Militec-1, sometimes several different cleaners are used and some other companies products are used under varying circumstances, but if you see it here, it has been treated with Militec-1, no exceptions. It works, bottom line and works better than any product on the market at any price, bar none.
